Community Spirit Award

Me and my Town of Oakville Community Spirit Award for Arts, Culture & Heritage.

I would like to thank the @townofoakville for recognising myself and all the other recipients who work hard to help bring people together maintaining the vibrance of our local communities. The shortlist of nominees all deserve thanks for the work they do and I’m sure we are all delighted to have been recognised. 

Thank you to @cathylorrawayart who created the most beautiful painting of a special place ‘The Sovereign House’, a portion of which is dedicated to artistic pursuits and art shows via @brontehistoricalsociety 

Thank you to the two people who nominated me - it was a huge surprise to win. 

Last and not least - thanks to all the artists, local residents, sponsors, and the volunteers who help to make it all happen. 💚💚💚
