The Snow Moon - The seasons turn and with them we experience the new moons. The February Moon is called the Snow Moon, or in some traditions it’s the Hunger Moon letting you that February is a cold month and often a lean one too. Irish pagan ancestors identified the midway point of Winter and celebrated Imbolc, the point of seasonal transformation as winter begins to give way to Summer.
